The one and only Paul McCartney contracted a severe virus a few weeks ago that took him off the road. The sickness called for immediate hospitalization and resulted in a slew of his US tour dates being temporarily cancelled until further notice. Thankfully things are looking up. This week, The Beatles’ icon has shared video proof that he’s happy, feeling “great,” and ready to get back to touring.
In the video, he says that the rescheduled September tour dates will be announced soon and that they’ve added an additional date to the schedule. The US portion of his 2014 Out There tour kicks off in Albany on July 5. Even if you can’t make it to one of the shows, give the video a play. McCartney is adorable as ever. He alone serves as proof that 72 is just a number, especially while playing some air guitar.
